That has to be a violation of some kind. If you still make payments, the car's owned by the bank. Not the driver.

Some will say that "X" nujmber die a year when street races go bad, but I hear nothing about DUIs that end in crushings, when DUI deaths are way higher.


My biggest complaint it the arbortrary nature for what the definition of street raceing is. Pretty much if two cars are speeding, it can be labled raceing.

haha sickening ..

I saw an article about this same issue in the honolulu advertiser last week. There was a picture of 4 cars stacked up, smashed. I think this blue hatch was one of them. Wanted to try and scan the image but lost the newspaper.

I do not think this is the exact photo that was in the Advertiser, but it has the same cars in it.
According to the owner, that Integra had a 350 hp engine.........

yeh so will they be treating the DUI drivers the same? so will there be all the Lexus,BMW, Benz, ect be up next since alot of ppls get dui's in cars like these mentioned. sounds like a stereo type to me. also want about all the guys that run red lights there cars going to the scrap yard to??
