The only thing I don't like about the C6 is the damn steering wheel.

OT: The Commanding General's new aide-de-camp is a Kbay Marine CPT who owns a very tight Z06. He got here just a few days ago.

All thing vette rock.

Who's gonna be the first to test-drive the C6? Has Poser already?

Corvettes have always been and will always be TOTALLY CHEESEBALL! Like wearing sleeveless t-shirts and gold chains. They are fast and handle well and blah blah blah but who else buys these cars except men over 40 who wear silk and go to dance clubs and use Aqua Velva.

OH COOL! We get to hear from Mr Gearhead.

Just to mention one thing pro-vette. My little 4banger import outweighs a Z06 by a little over 200lbs.

My brother-in-law had a corvette and that thing had so many creeks and squeaks in it. Had a lot of muscle but was typical crappy GM build quality. It didn't even seem more solid than my Mom's '84 Cutlass Supreme and that car was a major POS. You'd think they'd put a lil more quality into their flagship sportscar. Sheesh!

There is something I just respect about the quality of japanese cars. Seems like they're designed/built more by engineers than by businessmen.
