What I really want is a 90-92 legacy turbo, or a 240, or an old sentra se-r, or a 90-95 eclipse gsx, or an xt-6, or a crx, or an old british convertable pos like a midget or something, maybe even an old rabbit gti. Any of those i would pick up in a second. Problem is, so would about a million other car nuts. Finding old cars here is like looking for a needle in a haystack, the classifieds are worthless, word of mouth is the only way to go. But it looks like I may be getting a ranger pickup truck, I can always use a truck anyway.

Everything stock including clutch, runs like a charm. Serious beater car. Paint isn't prestine but acceptable. Very clean but does have an aftermarket alarm that needs to be removed since it doesn't work. A/C still works. Aftermarket wheels + Nitto 555 tires(need replacing).
I know its out of your range but daddy needs suspension

not really a beater, but...
1997 BMW M3, 47k miles, black on black, autocross and track proven, lots of A stock and B stock wins . not to mention autocross times that would be competitive in SM!
car is essentally stock- except for: clear corners, exhaust, wing, and 3 sets of rims- stock, ssr comps, and a set for the track...still running on the stock suspension, no engine mods done...
all stock parts also included...
