We didn't do AutoX, but is was a nice ride none the less. I opened it up a little on the road, but held back since I had no clue how the car would handle once the rear end broke loose and I honestly couldn't afford to replace it. I recommended that he go do a track day (with instructors) over at Daytona sometime so he could get a better idea of what the car can do in a non street environment.

The sick part is that the Viper is his weekend drive and he has a leased Jaguar XK as his daily drive.

After my road test of the Viper I would have a hard time recommending it as a daily drive. 60 MPH comes way too early on normal roads.
