I need a set of.....

....04 STi Struts. Anyone have a set of low mileage take-offs they don't need?

Not sure, I'm getting a noise from the left/rear of the car. A bad strut is the only thing I think it could be....I've checked everything else.

I think they're have been more than a few posts about rear struts going bad and being replaced. I just don't know how credible they were....but I do believe most were running stock springs so it wouldnt be surprising if you have a bad one after raising the spring rate.

i heard a looooooooot of sti guys getting noise from their struts.

they get it fixed under warranty, and then eventually the noise comes back.

i think it's just the good ol sti struts

The struts on the STI are made by KYB so you'd think they'd be good. The more I read. I don't think it is the struts but the cheap azz sway bar end links I have seen too many pictures and read too many post about them bending and related problems. But I rode in Mach5's car and it sure sounds like a bad strut but the car still rides like it should it doesn't fell loose like a "normal" bad strut feels like..But my STI's struts are holding up..
