I Hate Floods!!!!!!
man i was driving back home to ewabeach today about 12pm and *** man there is a huge *** ***in flood by westloch. as usual i drive slow. all of a sudden i feel like im runnin over sumtin. then i stop. i was thinking in my mind it must be a bump and my front lip is scraping on the ground, so i go forward more. then it gets more worst so i reverse a little and i still feel it. then i think in my head its my ***in lip. so i walk out my car to see my lip is all ***ed up. all scraped and ****. and my splitter is all ***ed up. if u guys dont know i have a kaminarifront lip /with the carbon fiber sliptter. well my splitter is all hashed up. now i have to buy a new one. and my lip is still in good condition but a little scraped up. so yah for all u peeps driving today. drive safe and i say take out ur lips if u dont wanna rum over them . jus wanted to give u guys a heads up. cause i spend nearly 600 bucks for the lip and splitter. well drive safe.

ahhhhhhhh North shore is getting the worstestest. Been hit hard since yesterday afternoon. the road infront of my house is completely flooded and that isn't easy to do. a 6 foot ditch next to the road can't even be seen. even creeping into our yard, and thats like a 3 foot raise.

Yea on base a bunch of roads are flooded and closed and the brakes on my STI are like not there after I drive through a poddle they suck with a little water not very good if you ask me they amost go away completely never had a car's brakes do what these do....
Because my car is hung up, I was in the right vehicle today. The Trooper is the perfect "make-it-home" vehicle. Waiahole/Waikane was soooo crazy, they were only letting small groups through each way, as you had to drive in the middle of the road to make it through-it was that deep on both sides of the road. All along the way home, there were a lot of rivers going across the road from the mountains to the ocean.

whoa you think your lip is bad, last time there was a flood my other car ended up being 3/4 under water. i mean, i still feel your pain about your lip dude. it took 3 freakin weeks just to get my insurance company to look at my car. 3 hours waiting in their office, and got 3 grand less than what the car was worth. today was just as bad. first off i didnt want to drive my rex today cause all the accidents and the fact that my car is too low, and yeah i live right after westloch, where the huge flood was. well anyway im driving my dads "beat the hell up, piece of $**t car", the alternators about to go, so the battery isnt handling to well, no a/c so the windows all foggy. every time i stop it feels like the cars about to die out on my ***. on my way to work i was following a truck, knowing that its a pretty big truck i stay pretty far from it. a second later he bangs a van, then the van swerves nearly missing my car. then im all freakin out and suffering from paranoia. so i get off work and head back to ewa, come to find out that its back the hell up. so i head for kapolei only to find out that its even worse. through out the whole trip i had to pee BAD! and wouldnt you know it bumper to bumper dead lock. i just couldnt hold it anymore. so i find an empty mayonaise jar in the back seat with some kakimochi in it. i emptied it out. got my aloha shirt as a cover, then the rest is history. traffic was so bad that i said "ah f**k this im gonna go wait it out by watching a movie. i saw 50 first dates *funny funny*. i get out and the traffic's even worse. i figure that ill just go to my other job, but its all the way back in ala moana, and im still in kapolei! well the rest is history. bad bad day.

good luck everyone with the rain.

Holy CRAP, really watch out for those potholes in pearl city. For those who frequent pearl city/pearlridge and take the H1 Ewabound onramp that leads under the freeway and around a loop, there is a HUGE pothole on the road just before the onramp (the lane on the far right, lined by white reflective "sticks" on your left)
The pothole seems like its one foot deep and two feet long, but I haven't seen it during the day so I don't know. Just wanted to give a heads up because I almost crapped my pants when I saw that thing tonight on my way home from aiea. Luckily, I think I just missed it; probably only the inner half of my left tire caught the hole.
There are a few big ones by Al's Tinting too, and all over pearl city. Hope they get fixed soon.
