You guys think I can do it with only $500 in my pocket my flight is paid for.
And If I do this again will anybody want to join me?

Should be ok as far as money is concerned as long as you don't gamble it all away

One thing to watch out for, around Yosemite, is road closures. $500 is fine, but here's the CALTRANS # for road conditions. Just call it, type in the Route# and it gives u a report.

Thumbs up Get a GPS!!!

It's a trip saver...keeps you from fighting...never get lost again!

My last trip to OC, never got lost once....went to SD and all over southern cali without a hitch or argument over every which way to go...even took us to the doorstep of Oakley Sunglasses up in the hills...where they replaced not only my lenses, but frames everything...cool.

Have a good trip.
