When followed and you don't want to take things into your own hands...
maneuver youself to the nearest police station...especially in your neighborhood (they most likely will not know your area)...if you plan it right, you can call 911 and have an officer (if any are available) waiting there as you drive by...

I've had a few try and follow but I either lost them or I pulled over on the side...and waited for them to see what they wanted to do...

NEVER, lead them to your neighborhood or your house...

Screw shooting it in the air! Why waste the .45 rounds? They are expensive! If you are going to use the bullets, use it for something worthwhile...lol

shoot their tires then take a bat to the van and have some fun!!!! i found that wood bats are more fun than metal but the wood ones will chip, as the metal won't~

Quote: i know almost exactly how you feel. when i was like sixteen i had only been drivin on my own for about 7 months and (had a 2 year old nissan sentra 2.0se had an cold air intake and exhuast) one night i was on my way home from a party it was like 3am and there was a HUGE truck that followed me all the way home. it freaked the hell out of me! i tried to loose him buy driving around for like an extra 30 mins but he stayed behind me, i finally said screw it, and went home pulled in the driveway and parked my car. the huge truck stoped down like two houses from mine and was faceing me! i almost crapped my pants. i just sat there staring at the person in the car, then they just drove off!

it still gives me the chills! haha part of me was hoping it was going to be some hott stripper that wanted to have her way with me!!! : ( but it wasn't.....

hey maybe it was a van full of exotic woman wanting sex!

wow..... 16 and out until 3am partying....

Quote: So if the cops know this can't they call the rental company and get a name of the renter? Then they can go question him/her.

If they won't do it you should get a PI to go do it...then you write a letter to your city council member.

or get the Dog" the bounty hunter"...lol

Sorry to hear this happened.

I can't recall seeing your car in person, but out of curiosity, do you have a lot of high-dollar mods?

Man, sometimes the crap people have to go through..

I hope you never have any problems in the future.. and honestly, on a bad day, I probably wouldn't notice something like that following me if they didn't kiss my bumper the whole way. You're good.
