Or for a little more I have a downpipe with a hiflow cat for sale. I give my no CEL guarantee with this unit 
Bellmouth design and 2-5/8" piping good for about 300-350HP at the crank. After that the catco cat is a restriction.

Or for even more I have a harness bar that goes with the Harness that looks damn sexy and fits the 02-03 WRX like a glove... But it will set you back almost 3 times what you got now.

Well this is all contingent on you owning a '02 WRX....
But basically if you go with a catless downpipe about 95% or them will give you a CEL or check engine light. Since mine has a hi-flow catco catalytic in place no CEL. There are however electroni fixes that foll the car into thinking that you still have a catalytic and there is PDE who has a mechanical fix that is pretty nifty. But ultimately, I have a downpipe that is dirt cheap that gives you a performance boost, and promises no check engine light.
