I've got a Miata also (1990) and agree that my original plan was to make a full-blown Solo car, but once I started driving it to work, it was too fun just to drive it on Solo weekends. So now I drive it to work more than my STi.

The Miata is such a cheap car to operate as a DD and a Solo car. Plus, it does things on a Solo course that other cars costing 4 times as much can't do.

 

I wish I could fit in a Miata...so what about the Vette you bought?
