10 years ago (probably the last time I worked out
) I weighed 170 and maxed 280lbs. Now I weigh 180-185 and could probably only do 230-240

In high school, I was 165 lbs and maxed 215lbs
About 2 years later, lifting about a month and a half:
I'm about 175 lbs. I don't know my max because I lift at home and I'm afraid of getting stuck. But I rep 175 lbs 10 times, and 185 6 times.

The question is kinda vague cause we don't know if you are talking just 1 press or sets of like 10 reps.
I'm hella out of shape now, but in high school and college I weighed 125 (yeah I'm a real lightweight fella you probably noticed in the STi pix in the mauna kea snow a few months ago) but did reps of 10 @ 175, working my way to a max single press of 205.
Need to work up to 600 lbs like Tank Abbott ;P
Nah hehe
