If you were at work.. Id look around the parking lot tomorrow.. Bring a tape measure... if ya fined anyone with a tow hitch like that measure from the ground up on both your car and the tow hitch and see if ya can fined the same height.. If you do than search for signs of the collision... IE white paint on the hitch
Than take Pics!!! To seal the deal see if your work or any place around has video surveillance on the parking area than call the cops..

Or I suppose you could pm me your Vin# and I can shoot you back an estimate. What insurance company do you have? Usually hit and run claims don't affect your premiums so you may want to consider filing an insurance claim. I'd guess that a new bumper cover and absorber at least, and possibly the bumper reinforcement. Even with the "I-club" discount, I'd guess the repairs would be around $800 or so. You can always call me at the shop if you have any questions or need help with the claim.

The $800 seems to be a pretty good price for a new bumper cover, absorber & reinforcement. Adding in the paint and labor, I'd say you're getting a good deal. Parts alone would run you about $500-$600. You could just browse the classifieds and be lucky enough to find someone getting rid of their front bumper the same color as yours.
Good luck
