How's about Kaka'ako? Plenty parking, good area, and there's a chance of busloads of Japanese schoolgirls arriving to take pics w/ "locals"

White Plains/Nimitz Cove is good but get choke flies. Ala Moana gets too crowded unless everybody gets there at the crack of dawn. Kaka'ako would be good (choke parking there). I can let you know for sure when you get a date set. My wife usually works Saturdays that's why. I'm sure she'd want to go too. I'd be down to share some of my 'home-made" pulled pork with you guys.

Why not try booking a grill area on Magic Island? It's nice there and there's lots of parking (and even if the beach lot gets full, there's always the mall lot across the street).
