Ok guys and gals... I've been getting some leads and inquiries about One of HIIC big Function/Cruise. So as everyone that attended our previous Charity Events know, this is one of biggest events for HIIC. Again we are working hand in hand with Joe Salas who is the Director of Campaign for Aloha United Way and various Vendors this year to make this think blow up even more.

We've got players in the Tuning Industries and other Vendors that heard of our Function participating/will be participating alongside during this event. TRUST ME, just do your research on last year's AUW '09 and check our sponsors! Im putting this out there for all the n00bs that dont know of this event.

This year, we will hopefully blow out of the waters last years NUMBERS for Aloha United Way. This event will go down in September 2010 but wont put a permanent date on it till the Coordinators check and double check Future HIIC events that might conflict. Before I Forget, I would like to give a BIG shout out to "BRUCELEE" from BAIC for great tips and advice and BAIC & SCIC peeps for showing support. I do know that they also host their own Annual United Way Charity Function and want HIIC to show support for them too.

ok, we gave you guys more than enough notice. we have 3 months to prepare so once we decide on the actual date, start putting in your day off requests. this will prevent some of you from calling in sick that day (hint).

there is a big event on september though in which i will be involved and probably some of you in the military from Kaneohe Marine Base. the Blue Angels are in town on September 25 and 26 so that week is out. some of you might be interested to watch this free event.

Also, we are doing the 2nd Annual HIIC Show and Shine again in this cruise so start getting your rides ready! Is Mr. Prodrive (rally_wrx), who took the first place last year gonna be unseated???

As for sponsors, i will not spoil it yet, but there will be some new ones from the tuning industry. We hope to see you all there and bring the whole family.

 

oh and i forgot to mention, if any of you want to help us in organizing this big event, you are more than welcome to do so. it doesn't matter if you're an old-timer or a newcomer. all that's required is some dedication and a genuine desire to help our needy members of the community. just keep in mind that this is a volunteer work and you don't get paid if you work for a ninja.

is it me or is the AUW cruise keep getting pushed to the right of the calendar? I always remember this being a summer cruise. So how will this work out with the TFT cruise shortly after? I know some people have a hard enough time to attend or money to donate especially with these two cruises being back to back? don't you think this will put a strain on your over all attendance for each event?
