i just want to ask about my car, ithe engine noisy than before, i think my alternator should i replace it?

Not wanting to be a d1ck but I cant understand what you are trying to say! Subaru's are always noisy since the foundation is based on the rally frame.

how is he off topic? it's obvious nobody can understand the question. basically all i can understand is the engine is noisy and then it jumps to replacing the alternator. what touge-noob is basically trying to say is here we go with another very vague description of an engine problem.

in reality you are right, it is off topic. this thread should be posted in the engine forum. but if that is the case then a lot of us are guilty of being off topic.

to the OP be specific, there is a lot of knowledgeable people here but we can not help you if your description of the problem is not clear.
