VF30's are getting pretty cheap... Mine is darn near free if you can find somebody to rebuild it.
(It may have smoked a tiny bit at idle but still ran 12.80's!)

Find somebody to rebuild it first and see how much they want. I think Deadbolt Enterprises (a vendor) would do it...

Hey richard i stayed up for there eMario,
Our standard rebulid on a VF30 is $250.00 There may be a possibility that it is not rebuildable though, the IHI company does not produce rebuild parts, and therefore it can make things difficult to find. If it is the rear piston ring seal that is causing it to leak oil into the exhaust housing you could be in real trouble. I would need to see it and do a teardown to be able to tell you for sure if it can be rebuilt. We charge $50 to do a teardown, and if the turbo is rebuildable, then we will apply that $50 towards the cost of your rebuild.
If we are able to rebuild it, the Monster Port and Polish would be an additional $195.00, plus $2.99 return shipping the turbo back to you.
Let me know if we can assist you in any way.

Sounds like you found somebody that can do it.
You wanna make an offer on mah ta-bo?
P.S. If you don't mind a little smoke at idle you can bolt it right on. It was going 12's in my car when I took it off.

I sent Jerry (Deadbolt)
my VF34 for port/polish. Will be here Monday. If only Cobb would get off their A$$ and make a map for me.
