hey mehlt

did you get any timing pulls during this past scca? (i forgot if i asked you) weird, as it was obviously humid and yet, i had the timing pulled twice during each of my last 3 runs. after the off camber and then before the 1/8th mile turn.

also, during the toys cruise, the car felt very sluggish. dan said his car acted funny too. oh well. b

I didn't feel any and in fact other then the 2-3 times I've gotten detonation I haven't had any problems. I plan to look into the reflash when it can be done locally.

My car was a little funky right after startup twice that day too. RPMs were really low (<500k) for a little while......but it felt ok after a couple minutes....maybe all the moisture in the air??

Are you still running stock pads? I bought the carbotech pads, but haven't put them on yet. I also have the SS lines, but will wait a bit on those.
I pushed my brakes harder then normal on Saturday. I picked up a lot of speed by the off camber and short track turn and had to push hard to get my speed down there before I went into the sharper turns.

As far as the other issue..
In my wagon I experienced a similiar experience (sluggish) once when it was raining pretty hard. It didn't make a lot of sense to me and never happened again.

I think it was the humidity that day. Or I just got some bad gas. My car wasn't idling right and it pulled timing on H-2 on the way to lagoon park.
