HELP! i think someone is out to steal my car!

HELP! i think someone is out to steal my car!
this morning my sister woke me up telling me this weird guy with a hat and a backpack with somekind of crowbar sticking out, was standing near my car *Located 16 floors down my apt complex* talking on the phone.* or was he any way right after my sis told me i immed got out of my bed and went down to the parking structure and to find my car in perfect order.
i stayed a few min trying to look for the guy and BAM i spoted him! walking around the parking structure! i was then away from my car when i spotted him. so i fiqure i keep an eye on my car until he goes away.
5 min after i see him walk out!
now i am paranoid as HELL thinking he might comeback to get my car
EDIT: i only got an Alarm on the car

Car Info: about 30 miles a day
talk to him. approach him and sy hi and introduce yourself. ask him if he's new to the building and what apt he's in. if he doesn't wanna talk or seems like he doesn't belong there call you security if you have some and get a pic of him if you can. otherwise get a shotgun and sleep in the garage for a few days. or you could hide under your car and cap anyone that stands around your car for a couple of min.jk.

Hey call the cops and report it (as well as your security or res. manager). Also, make sure that he knows that you're on to him...yell at him or something. If not, tell us where you live and we'll all come down for a "bat day"
