Check the connections to the diff, your console. Sounds like its locked.

Paste the code would help too.

Kinda strange, but not unheard of.

IIRC, the flashing DCCD light means computer detects something wrong in the DCCD system.

usually...this is sensor related....but:

hope these cross-links work to answer your question:
DTC and DCCD Reset - NASIOC

Why is my DCCD light blinking green? - Subaru Impreza WRX STI Forums: IWSTI.com
-this link said solutions ranged from cleaning wheel ABS sensors, to bad ground (chassis), blown fuses to bad sensor.

both posts have ways on how to pull the specific codes tho, as sigterm mentioned.

hope this is a good start, and post them codes...

did they tow it on a flatbed or were they dragging the rear wheels?

it was a flat bed. I tried resting the dccd like it said in the other forums but no luck as soon as i shut the car off it and turn it over again it goes back to the flash?! Im thinking when i crash i might have rattled somthing lose or damaged it but i cant seem to pin point the problem.. and again THANKS iclubbers

so, then likely, diagnosing this over the interwebz, i'll venture to say it's electrical. either sensor, wiring, ground, or module.

recommend pulling them codes and report back.

good luck, and hope its not expensive...
