hey guys im back for the summer and i forgot the charger to my accessport in a storage locker in cali. I was wondering if anyone here with a charger would be willing to plug mine in for a half hour or so to charge it. i would greatly appreciate it.

The ap doesn't hold a charge. When you plug in into the diagnostic port it powers its self up. The power cable is for use when you download new maps or play with it on your computer.

maybe your talking about the ac adapter? ...Hoppie pretty much sumed it up in a nutshell.

 

oh hmm, in the manual it said make sure its fully charged when loading maps on your car or you could damage your ecu...

 

I think it means your car battery, you don't want it dying in the middle of a reflash.
