My 2 cents

Just ride with your stock brakes (unless they are gone). When I went out in April (BMW club) I drove on stock brakes and also did the long track. I'm not sure how long the track sessions will be on Saturday, but we did 20 minutes sessions and while I did experience brake fade I hung in there and got a little creative on slowing the car down from 100+ -> 30. I also left myself more room to slow down rather then pushing it to the limit.

The 02 and 03 WRX are physically different in the ends where there is a little metal tab that is larger on the newer models.

However, I believe that the 02 RS uses the same pad size as the 03 WRX. But that doesn't help your cause out much.

I've listed who you can buy pads from, but I am not going to spoon feed you. Just use google to find out who sells them. There is only one company.

Sway bars are a must. Without them, bodyroll is endless. There's a good and quick breakdown of how they work here: http://www.howstuffworks.com/question432.htm

Daymn Mario you are slacking over there
I guess I don't have a wife and kid so I have more time to mess around... Anyhow, when I was looking for my pads the only offering I could find for the '03 is the Carbotech-- Subydude sells them. I think most of the other manufactures don't have an application yet, at least none that I could find. So did you get your lines and fluid? I know you can find fluid at the very least, I know Andy's has it cheap. BTW, I'm going to do my brakes today, give my a call and maybe we can tag team both of our cars.

stock pads will still fade on you on the short course.. not near as bad as the long course though (the cause of my spin-out... kinda). Greg's pads were SMOKING and fuming on tantalus- of course, so was his wife! ("HE's NEVER DOING THIS AGAIN.....)

The short course is fine on the stock pads. It's the long course that I would suggest you sit out of. Sure you'll fade towards the end of the run, but it'll take it just fine. A good driver will know to start to brake eariler since his brakes are now fading.

EDIT: I would change your fluid though so as to not boil your existing fluid and introduce steam into your system and then lock your brakes Not a good thing
