Don't buy a repo EVER...unless it was done well by someone extremely reputable. Even then, you'll never be able to sell it for what it is worth so just realize you are going to have to run it into the ground.

 

I only meet the previous owner twice, He didn't roll with DownXhift. I do agree with ****, This guy used to take this STi to alot of midnight "Moanalua Shopping Center" meet up / Cannonball Freeway Runs. BTW, Is this the same car Astin babysat for afew months? I remember the owner of that Black Sti was from K-Bay.

Anyone know what happened to the guy who owned it? I ran the VIN and it came back as a lease vehicle. I'm surprised they let him mod a lease.

 

I know more info on him but honestly i think he doesnt need to be know who he is and his work and personal indo made public ya know ..... so i will leave his name and job out of it. cool guy tho.

but like i said the info on this car is right on the money the guy drove it like a sti he never baby'd it. sometimes things happan and wrong choices are made. live and learn.

and i heard something about him no longer bein on the island anymore...

 

that car is being sold from silverline automotive, they specialize in salvaged subaru's. my friend has an 04 STi that came from there, it has a salvage but from theft not damage, car is super clean and runs strong, he drove up to portland to get it. although he did not directly buy it from silverline he bought it from a guy who bought it from silverline. their cars are usually relatively well priced. like i said before they specialize in subarus so if your not worried about warranty and what not, im sure there is nothing wrong with the car.
