im driving in the walmart kunia, looking for a parking stall and i see this elderly couple staring me down with a dirtly look... next thing i know he starts yelling stuff " so Ugly!!!" he says it like five times "ugly!!"... so im parking my car, hes still staring at me, so i stick my head out the window and ask him, " what is your problem? i did nothing to you!" i park my car stare back at him and he finally turns around. i watch him and he pops the trunk of a Black new generation base model mustang........ LOL, i think to myself " that explains ALOT!!

this is the first time the elderly has hated on me, i usually get haters from kids, ricers, etc, but didnt expect if from grandpa and grandma HAHA.. you would think the elderly show more respect to others wouldnt you?? i dunno, just thought id share my great experience... thanks for looking

 

you shoulda started yelling at him "old! you're so old!" one unnecessary comment deserves another. or "slow! your cars so slow."

my grandpa use to restore old cars.. he hated my car until he rode in it..

I've had several old f4rts compliment my WRX and ask me about it. Usually only get stinkeye from kids in trucks...

haha...thats the first time i heard an elderly do that... usually they just ask me what my car is and the how much it cost...lol. good job at not disrespecting the dude back...it just shows that even though your young your more mature then him.

 

I had an older guy (not geriatric, but definitely post-middle aged) asking questions about my car at a stoplight. He was asking like if it was fun to drive and whatnot. It made me smile.

You get people hating on you for any reason from any age group.

 

that old dude is just pissed his mid-life crisis car wasn't a top end mustang.

speaking of flattery from people commenting on your cars: i got two parking tickets by my house, by the same cop. he always wrote, " 1993 impreza 'STi' ". i was indeed flattered because it's really not an sti. but i was furious he was only picking on my car, and not others that were parked illegaly as well.
