I don't mind the decision, and I definitely like the picture above... But it doesn't look anything like Halle Barry to me?
Rose McGowan would have made a good Cat Woman. Maybe Meg Tilly 10 years ago?
I heard that Ashley Judd and Nicole Kidman before settings on Halle. I think I might rather have seen Ashley Judd in the role...

Warner Bros went through two solid candidates for the starring role in CATWOMAN - Ashley Judd and Nicole Kidman - and finally last week settled on their girl, Halle Berry. Strange how Berry complained during X-MEN that superhero roles like Storm were the best a black actress could do in Hollywood, yet now she has no problem derssing up again in leather and fighting crime. Gee, I wonder if money had anything to do with her decision?...

That's not her, just the costume she'll be wearing.
Michelle Pfeiffer was indeed Cat Woman, and looked pretty darn good in the suit. I don't think she could pull it off anymore though. I would've preferred Ashley Judd in that role too.
Cat Woman was a prostitute in the comic. Let's hope they factor that in the story line.

She was a hooker in the comic book? I had no idea! Did she even have her own comic? I just thought she was a super thief in the Batman series... Shows what I know. :homer doh:

...as the 70's **** music comes on in the background...
The classic Catwoman "died" in DC Superstars #17 in 1977. In 1987 Frank Miller brought her back as part of the Batman: Year One series, but at a harsh price. Selina was now a former prostitute out for revenge after her pimp got way too rough.
With the success of Batman Returns, DC Comics apparently felt Catwoman could sustain a comic of her own. Catwoman was born again, this time in an even more form-fitting purple costume and a physique that would make Pamela Anderson envious. Needless to say, it was an immediate hit and has appeared every month since.

Im tired of all the Jennifer Garner talk, she just doesnt do all that much for me.
Wierd saw this online:
Michelle Pfeiffer offers Ashley Judd advice for Catwoman role
Michelle Pfeiffer has told Ashley Judd to make sure her mask fits when she plays Catwoman.
Judd is to play the role in a new movie which is due to begin production next year.
Pfeiffer, who played Catwoman in Batman Returns, says she had an uncomfortable time with her costume.
"I hope her outfit is a lot more comfortable than mine, and make sure the mask fits. It was squishing my face for half the movie," she tells www.scifi.com.
"And make sure they give you a place to go to the bathroom, a little something. They don't think about that."
