I believe they are talking about width. They look like they're at least 18" (high).

I don't think I'd ever pay to have that done, but it looks like the Z can actually pul it off. If the rest of the cars followed suit, I wouldn't have that bigass ding in my door.

OT : jus so happens i see a brand spankin' new paper plate WRB STi @ mililani starbucks... a mid-aged clueless lady gets in the next car and dings the ride ! i wanted to rap w/ the guy about his car.. but he was kinda busy pointing out the ding to the lady.. sorry to see dude.. i was gonny say this out in the other forum.. but rich's post matches...

and i'm liking the doors on that nissan. if more cars had that.. i wouldn't be smashing my finger to protect from dings when i valet your cars !

 

I think its pretty cool....dont think its that ricey....you can't tell anything is different until they open.....and it'd be different story if it was a civic or something.

Like Nolimit, I really think that it look way cool on the 350z, like it somehow was made for that car. It almost makes the car look european or something.

Now, if the car was yellow with mirror graphics, a pointing robot decal on the side, and 16 10lb NOS bottles, then yes, it wouldn't be that cool.
