I think it's a bad idea. Nah, only joking. I just say that cause I'd rather have you living in Hawaii. Looks like a nice place. I bet the price is a lot more reasonable than in Hawaii. A house like that over here depending on location would probably run at least $750,000 plus. I guess Texas is a lot closer to Puerto Rico than Hawaii huh?

Hope things are going well for you over there. As always, stay safe mang!

I'd say buy it for that price it looks like it needs minor updateing but you should build some equity real fast..How big is the garage?

Not a bad deal. Just make sure you look around. Are you going to get stationed in Ft. Bliss afterwards. Or are you getting out to move there? I bought a house in Brownsville, texas. My mother in law is paying the rent there.

That house is pretty big. Do all your homework and check it out if you can before you do. Good luck.

Keep it low. See you in a couple of months (I HEAR)

I think Jose is getting out after he comes home.

The house looks good to me...the outside is taken care of.

The inside needs a remodel bad...reminds me of a grandparent's home.

Jose,

Thought about the US Treasury or the Secret Service? If you're interested, let me know. I can't promise anything but I've got a friend in the SS who might could help you out.

Edit: Oh and that is a beautiful house.
