To add to Russ' list - Goodyear F1GS-D3 (which I have on the Legacy now), Toyo Proxes T1-S (which I had on before the Goodyears) - both are excellent tires, very grippy, very good wet weather performance, etc etc. I have the Kumho ECSTA MXs on my Mustang, and my brother just mounted a set on his Eclipse, and we both like them a lot. Of the tires listed, they're probably the best bang-for-the-buck.
Oh, rims look pretty sweet. What color and model are they going on?

I have avoided Ebay since my run-in with a crappy uppipe. That is AWESOME about the wheels. Look good. They fit, and seemingly not too heavy. Great find. I may try to find them, too.
Nice kicks! I run Azenis sport on my SSR's, but the ride is a bit hard over bumpy roads due to the super stiff sidewall. The tire is definitely cost effective as well. However, if cost is not a factor, or you don't put on a lot of milage, just run the Kumho V700's full time. Hehehehe.

My prayers go out to you and proper fitment.
My friend Byron has a blue STi with 18x8s that don't fit without 3 degrees of negative camber in the rear. But I think his offset was 43 and that's what screwed him.
Just one word of advice, don't go too wide with the tires. 225 will probably be as wide as you'll want to go. That could even be too wide.
