and all I have to say is 2 things.......

1. AWD donuts are the shiznit
2. 4 wheel drifts while going 30mph around a corner are so much easier to do when you are on compacted snow/ice, then on a dry road.

that is all

I did the whole week it was coming down...with all-season (205-width) tires. Though there was 2.5 feet it wasn't like I was hopping curbs and running through all that as it was mostly compacted but I was definitely plowing the snow as I drove and once in a while heard it scrape the under-shield.

Saw a dude in a lowered 06 WRX with 17s doing it too. One of the guys here drove his 08 STi with 18s and SUMMER tires...though his skills were probably pretty good being from the northern mid-west...still pretty dumb in my book.

This evening I lit up all 4 on a 90-degree up-hill and curving on-ramp (like the westward on-ramp on University) for like 20 yards until I finally got traction to pass this a-hole in a bro-style truck that was trying to pass everyone on the right.
