Going to Waikiki again in April
Hello everyone from the Aloha State.
Me and the girlfriend are heading out to Waikiki again this april. I was wondering if you guys can point me to some good places to eat (not located in hotels or touristy scenes)
Local places you guys eat at, nicer places you'd take a date to?
I know there's a thread around here somewhere with a large list of places, but I don't know which ones to choose, so if you guys can just give me maybe 20 places that I MUST MUST go to that would be cool.

how you been man? haven't seen you since you had the white RS.
as for restaurants, my favs of the top of my head:
local plates, like L&L and Loco Moco
the shrimp shacks up in the north shore
Kakaako Kitchen is near waikiki - pretty good and close to things to do
there are a lot more but can't think of them right now...

you're not missin much out here man, nyc is getting worse and worse, more potholes, higher taxes, we're getting everything taken away from us slowly.
which is why im heading out there, just sucks im not staying out there for good, would be nice.
yeah the last time you might've seen my car was about 3 years ago. I finally sold her back in October btw.

they run lots of specials, and are probably one of the largest tour companies in hawaii. closer to your arrival i'll post up some specials that i see.
