1. you are so right in so many ways.... theft, cpd and related crimes are still hanging with tons of cases never solved

2. is it that time of the year again? fiscal part of the year (govt. spending-wise?) i guess its the same as always... spend it now or you won't get it next year.

mike is right, speed limits are ridiculous.... maybe they should allocate the money elsewhere? like on the crack infested street near my house, the heroin pit-stop on the corner....

but if they put the energy into finding crackheads, my area won't be as interesting.

i love having ice heads driving around at 3am with their cars and so on.

i also wouldn't have an interesting story where some ice head got into an accident and just ran into the fields leaving his pregnant wife in the car.

so is this crack down for realz? i think imma just live at UH if it is

This is a hoax! Someone is trying to see how far this email will go, and apparently it's everywhere.

Hmm.. I just noticed something funny about the Honolulu version of the email on snopes.com.

I read the emails going down and while the other places (Michigan, California etc.) have more specific things (nothing hanging from the rear view mirror, if you live in Orange County, etc.)

If this really was made by some experimental genius, he either knew nothing or had nothing to say when he got to making the honolulu version. Very bland compared to the other details noted in other states.
