I would have been ALL over that one, but I had to forfeit $234.00 over to THE man.....Yup, speeding AND tint. btw, does a tint infraction count against your insurance? hmmmmm

How did he know your tint was to dark??? Or is it obvious??? Did he have some kind of meter tint tickets are BS unless your windows are just plain dark. Who did the tint??? Was it on the car when you bought it...Hawaii state law is 29% on tint...

Actually, hawaii state law is 26% and he had a meter that read 5%, yeah it's 5. Besides he saw me roll the window down when he swooped in from behind, "I know, I'm a dumb-a**" lol, oh well, there's $97 bones towards highway cleanup anyhoot.....

As of Oct 03 in SCC they have a 50 state law chart stateing that tint can be 29% both front and rear and the strip on the windshield can not exceed 4in in width or from top of windshiel it cannot extend more than 4in from the top and he told you that it was 26% Well your tint is dark either way OH well what are you gonna do......I would believe SCC over a cop here no offensive to anybody....
