the one in the middle of kailua town would imo be the best one as we can hit up the parking lot right next to jamba/starbucks the parking lot is right next to teddys bigger burger security is pretty chill........ there or enchanted lakes.... not sure how lax the security is there though

The one in Kailua town would be better I think, like you said the security aren't ****. I've seen some folks hang out there and not be hassled since they did patronize the nearby establishments.
As far as the one in Enchanted Lakes, I've seen some guys get chased out from there but then I think that's because they were getting rowdy with their music blasting and parking like jerks.
