Fragging...

So any of you guys play on-line FPS? I suck - but would relish camping and sniping somebody with a rail gun one of these days.

Since my computer is getting old, and I spend all my money on my Scooby - here's a free/side scrolling multi-player online game that we could all get into.

Re: Fragging...

Still waiting for my comp to get here from the mainland, its a bit old too and needs some work, but Im spending everything on the sub as well.

New vid card and I think I can atleast play Unreal II and all. Used to get into the FPS single-player hardcore, never liked getting killed so much online since I have much suck...

Looks like military Worms or something. Downloading now. Heck you could run this on a 486 probably...

Edit: Are you able to host games through the Road Runner cable modems? I know most ISPs lock this down... Just curious...

That is called vertigo. Nausiation due to graphical depth. Some people can feel nausiated from playing first person shooters. I have vertigo but once you get used it to, it gets better. Another reason is your computer probably runs the game at too little FPS(not first person shooter but frames per second). This can be due to your computer(video card, motherboard, ram, cpu). So yes, its a 50/50. Happens to me in more blurrier games such as Half Life(yes thats so 4 years ago) after playing for about 3-4 minutes.

Couple of my friends were the same way so they just kept playing a little each day and it got better and yes the frames per second has to be high to deal with it as well. Eyes cant get tired trying to focus on 20 or so, gotta get a nice vid card and jack it up there.

Anyone played through Unreal II yet? I gotta get that...

Better than a loaner. I can get you a backup copy once you let me know you bought the original. Since I live closer to you than most of these guys. That goes for Dan, too.

PM me if you would like a backup.
