What benefit would an aftermarket one provide for the average stage 4? Mightn't it cure my a) aftershift knock? b) 'below half tank' knock? Might it facillitate if I hook'd up the dinitrogen monoxide?

We have retained the u-brace on the car. It ties the lower pickup points of the front suspension together and ties into the unibody as well.

Removing the front sway bar usually allows for better weight distribution planting more of the weight of the car on the rear tires during launch. Real helpful in RWD situations, but probably not very effective in an AWD vehicle like ours. Couldn't hurt to try though. If anything you'd save a pound or two...

ahhh, ok I was just wondering cuz I got the stock one back in the front. Since I hardly try anything different, I was curious as to how I was getting those 60ft's.
I know very unrelated, but I'd like to know what contributed to it. Maybe they prepped the track

There's a pretty good thread about this at Nasioc.

I figured that if in addition to taking out the front seat, back seat, spare, front swaybar, and subframe might equal 100lbs.
