I just wanted to say you're welcome. I know that you didn't say thank you..But had you only known how close I was to running you over with my car, you would have thanked me for changing my mind.. But please know the only reason I changed my mind is because I didn't feel like trying to get blood off of my freshly cleaned car. That being said.. How dare you! Who exactly do you think you are?? How can you stand there and say you're sorry all the while not moving an inch, I'm sorry if ******* Barrel was busy and the parking lot was full, and the rest of your huge party didn't arrive on time and were left with no place to park, but thats really not my problem, now is it?! I WAS on time, I FOUND a parking space, and I didn't see your name on it, or anyone elses, in fact last time I checked ******* Barrel doesn't reserve parking spaces for anyone, unless you need a Handicap space, and I realize you are a COMPLETE idiotbut you were not in any way handicap. What you ARE is an obnoxious *****! I've never seen anyone so childish..After realizing that I was obviously not going to give in or move out of the way for your friend to steal the spot that I was half way in, You started directing her on how to get her HUGE vehicle around mine, WHATS WRONG WITH YOU!?!?!?!!!! It wasn't going to fit! There wasn't enough room! I only drove off because I had my FAMILY in the car!!! Had they not been in the car, I would not have moved my car, in addition I would have told you exactly how I felt instead of keeping it inside and releasing it on R&R. Ahhhh, parking space stories...a similar thing happened to me a couple of Christmas' ago. You know how parking gets at Ala Moana during the holidays, I came across an empty space by Macy's mall level and was about to go in when a Vietnamese man who was standing on the divider jumped into the stall and said that I couldn't park there because his wife was coming around. I kept on going in making him move until I was in the stall. In the meantime, his wife comes around with the car. I get out to explain to the man that he can't do that, it's XMAS and parking is premium, so first come-first serve. The wife starts yelling that it's her stall, so my wife gets out to yell at her while I give it to the husband...it was classic. Anywayz, we make them move on, I was kinda paranoid that they would do something to my STi after that but, ya know, some people got the nerve to do that kind of thing.

 

and when you came back from shopping your car was mysteriously covered in keymarks and the windshield was smashed...

Sounds like that rant is directed towards me. I did that at moanalua starbucks last year. The lady almost hit me with her station wagon, cursed a lot and threatened to call the police. Needless to say I didn't move and neither did she. She left her big *** station wagon halfway in the stall and proceeded to subway. It was classic. And all to get a group shot of everyone that came out in a line parked in front of starbucks.

*Edit call me childish if you want, but count on me to save stalls at meets if need be

 

Back when I was still in Intermediate School (Kawananakoa). My mom and I went to foodland on liliha street to buy food for thanksgiving. My mom had her blinker on waiting patiently for the car to back out so she can pull in. As soon as the car left the stall, This truck came racing around the corner and swooped in. My mom got out of the car and started yelling at the driver, a rather large local women. She got out and got in her face. As soon as she shoved my mom, my sweet mother of mine cranked her in the jaw, dropping her to the ground. Other stuff happened yada yada yada but in the end, we went down the road to Times instead.

Mike, thankfully nothing happened to my car. Just remembered the plates just in case I had to do some hunting later. I remember this other time, same place, you know how some people just stop at the side to wait. This guy was parked at the very beginning of the lane, so I turned in went around him and continued down the lane and as I got to the front a couple came out of Shirokiya and their car was the very first stall, he pointed at his car and I waved and turned on my blinker. The guy flies down after I parked and says that is his stall, he was waiting for it. I thought everyone knew the rules...it's all about timing. His girlfriend apologized for her boyfriends behavior, called him stupid and dragged him back to his car that was still parked at the very beginning of the lane.

 

i actually had a killer experience just on saturday at alamoana.....i was driving around in circles looking for a stall as it was PACKED! a family was walking to their car and told me they were right down the lane,,,,well as i was driving around to get their spot some azz speeds up and cuts me off and slams on his turn signal as he sees the family walking up to their car i was like aghhhhh!! but maintained control......then as the guy is waiting for the family to open their car i see the guy with the family say something to his wife and kids...so they all together start walking away from their car towards me and away from the guy waiting so the guy waiting speeds off all pissed raising his hands in the air and i was like wtf?? then the husband takes a look at me and points to his car,walks over to it and loads up the family throws me a huge shaka and drove off i was soooo stoked that the guy was that cool that is the first time ive ever had someone go out of their way to give me a parking spot man that guy made my day...... makes me want to pass it on !!!!

 

That is truly an Aloha moment.
