Former Assembly Speaker Herb Wesson, D-Culver City, kicks Zhang Xiao Ju betweent the legs during a demonstration performed by Buddhist monks at the Capitol in Sacramento, Calif., Monday, March 22, 2004. In their first visit to the United States, a group of Shaolin martial artists from SongShan, China demonstrated acrobatic flips and shows of strength among other things. With the monks urging him on, Wesson made several kicks to the monk who showed no emotion. (AP Photo/Rich Pedroncelli)

Seems like there would be other, just as amazing feats of strength and focus that would be a little less destructive and difficult to watch. Maybe trading punches in the arm or something. I don't know. KUNG FU MONKS aren't chaste, are they?

On an old episode of Hawaiian Moving Company they featured these Chinese monks that could do AMAZING things. One of their signature moves was to attach a razor sharp spearhead to a long metal shaft. It kinda looked like rebar. They would brace the shaft against the ground, put the spearhead against their neck, and BEND the shaft with their body weight. The spear wouldn't even leave a mark. Cool stuff.

They're SUPPOSED to be chaste, at least
And I wouldn't wanna trade punches with them: one hit from them should be enough for a b0rken arm
There's actually a technique that they use to get kicked in the *****: they train their diaphragm and lower abdominal and groin muscles to retract the ***** into the pelvis for safe keeping. Some Taiwanese guys tried to learn this a few years ago, and all of them messed up their ***** in one way or another and they all went sterile and limp
