Force Induced Cruise. December 12, 1pm - Kakaako Parking Lot
Force Induced Cruise. December 12, 1pm - Kakaako Parking Lot

ANY super/turbocharged car/truck is invited.
I know someone tried to do this before as well a while back. I don't know how it worked out but I figured I'd post up again. Since everyone's holidays are coming up soon maybe we can get a good turnout.
There would be two events worth noting...
Event 1: BOV contest (loudest blow-off valve wins) to be judged with a decibel meter.
Event 2: Standing coordinated Blow-off. We would all rev and coordinate the closing of our throttle bodies to blow-off at the same time. imagine that... 100 BOV's going off at once. *lol* I'm pretty sure it would be a first here in Hawaii... possibly nationally hehehheheh... If we get over 40 cars I'll video this event and submit it to the Guiness Book of World Records.
Anyway, the date is set for Sunday afternoon at 1pm on December 12. Spread the boost! I mean.. Word!@#!
So far we have Drift Session, Revolution Motorsports, and HS3 coming out / sponsoring the event. There will also be prizes given out (NGK Spark Plug Sets one heat range colder for us turbo cars). I'll make sure there's a couple WRX / STi sets if you guys come out

jUst a friendly FYI...The Honolulu Marathon is on that day.
It starts at 5:00 AM (I have to be there to work at 1:00 AM...yikes) and I'm not sure when it officially ends. I know that the "Race Office" closes at 1:00 PM so I guess that's a round about time for the end of the marathon. All I know is that some roads and whatever will be closed and they may need a little while to clean up past the end time.
Where's the cruise start/meeting point? Far from Waikiki right?
