Thumbs up Finally got past the 1K mile break in period with my 2011 WRX 5 door

What a long wait. It was really hard to keep it below 4K rpm all this time! I'm looking forward to really feeling the turbo boost this weekend.

If you see a new pearl white wrx hatch zooming by with an old fart 54 year old behind the wheel with a big grin on his face, that"ll be me!

Another big mahalo to Shaggie of Servco Subaru Mapunapuna for helping me into this set of wheels.

What both you guys should do is step up and trade me your stock suspension + some cash for my Cusco Zero 2e coilovers. Excellent condition with probably less than 5k miles on them. PM me if you're interested.

IIRC, they both should fit, but I think the rear spring rates were different for the wagon. I also could be wrong. At least that's how it was on previous set ups though

D, who's that? In any case, nobody has shown any serious interest yet, so they're up for grabs. I'm mainly looking to swap stock '09+ WRX takeoffs + cash for these. As for the Econ, sorry I don't have that, but it is Econ compatible

Aloha and Congratulations for OVER 1K.
Mine just passed 1k last week and will kick in turbo after first oil change next week.
My friend recommend to do mission oil change after 1K also. Do I need to?.

Wow, I must be the idiot out of the 2011 owners huh. I went pretty much full-bore on my car the day I got her. I'm among the camp who believe you should break-in your car the way you intend to drive it. Hell, I was autocrossing it with paper plates and 350 miles!

Well, congrads none the less!

Lots of my friends used to think the same way too, back in our Honda days. Some swear by it.
