You have the kanji wrong and it's Chargespeeds logo for Gekisoku since my hood is a chargespeed one.

Wow, harnesses in a stock seat. I did that once and it was a bad idea. You should unslam your ride unless you want to permanently hardpark in a pothole. On second thought maybe you can use your lip like a dust pan to scoop the crap off of the street.

The character is 撃 not 掣. Of course you can't find that in the hanzi dictionary. It's a Japanese word in Hanzi form.
