Feel the love! Toys for Tots 2004 Cruise
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for bearing with me today! I was a bit of a task master but hey at least we made it everywhere in one piece! LOL!
Huge props to everyone for supporting a more than worthy cause!
Some things I noticed today:
1. I sunburn a lot easier than I used to when I was a kid.
2. PSM still rocks!
3. Nate doesn't know how to use his alarm
4. The Toys for Tots people didn't really want to work with us on the parking issue but we made it work regardless of them
5. 44 Subys made it to Hawaii Kai!
6. We scared away the 350Zs at the boat ramp...oops!
7. We made Zippy's happy to have our business.
8. Matsumoto's Shaved Ice tastes great after 9 hours worth of driving and cruising!
Mahalo!

well I for one am pretty disappointed at the turn out... there were not nearly as many cars as I expected since the other "normal" cruises had more cars.
I don't understand why people can go out of the way to show up to a regular cruise that has no point behind it but to waist expensive 92 octane gas but people cannot show up and spend some extra money on someone else that actually needs it!
oh well...
with that being said... it was a lot "QUICKER" than I had expected it to be but all in all it was a good meet.
Hopefully things will be better next year.
I'm just glad that i-club has got so many great people

I don't know about you...but that Supra was pretty nice...
...You guys had a good turn out...unfortunately(spelling?) my club didn't have that much people...3 SE-Rs strong.....Oh Yeah!
There was also a lot of really nice looking G35s and Skylines...

i feel the same. i think last year we had a few more cars than this year. T4T is pretty much one of the few things i show up for and was hoping it would of been a good turn out.

Blake this whole alarm thing is kicking my ***!

anyone that has been with a employer, special organization or online club for a very long time knows that there are always changes. i have seen some changes in the very short time that i have been a member. the majority of i-club members i have been seeing are fairly new and have a much different perspective/train of thought than the old school guys of past.
i think its awesome that we have people in HIIC that have quality leadership skills- it truly does make a difference! if we see a potential problem lets find a positive solution to remedy it- rather than dwell on past pissing matches and past idioacracy(my own word?)
and once again... thanks to everyone that made it out and even to those who couldn't but supported the cause anyway!
i was blessed just to be able to fellowship with a true subie community!
