Engine management question

I thought I'd ask you guys first. I searched a bit on this topic but I didn't find an answer. I know most engine management systems (UTEC, XEDE, etc.) use the stock boost selonoid to controll boost, but what if your running an aftermarket EBC with it's own selonoid that isn't connected to the cars computer at all? Sorry, I'm still new to tuning turbo cars, and I need all the help I can get.

If possible I would like to meet with some of you guys and talk story about what works and what doesn't. I'm afraid I've been bit by the "more power" bug. Thanks!

If your running an aftermarket EBC that has it's own selenoid, then you are doing just that... Running an aftermarket boost controller with it's own selenoid. You would use your EBC to control boost and not the ECU.

Quite a few of us are usually down at the track on Fri and Sat nights. Also, if you keep your eye on this forum, we usually have an install day about once every month or two.
