Hey can anyone help me out with why the EJ20TT won't fit in our cars? I can get one shipped here for $2k with wiring harness and everything.

 

if i remember correct the crosmember wont clear the turbos and a crossmember that does clear it would fit our cars

 

No thats not all of it. The problem with the TT set up, (other than the flat spot that occurs when the second turbo comes on line) is that the up/down pipes will not physically fit within the impreza's engine bay with out BFH mods to the firewall, or at least that's what one of the guys in Australia told me when I asked that question three years ago.....

Try it out then let me know.

maybe I'll buy an old L and try the swap to learn about it...

 

sheit give ma a BFH,plazma cutter,pair of pliers, a phillps and a bolltle of 151 and ill make anthing fit
