ECU reset questions....

If the STi is anything like the WRX - the ECU will eventually figure out what's going on in there. The ECU reset is just to speed things up. In my experience however, resetting the ECU has never been a good thing (unless I was experiencing a bad round of detonation that was making the computer gunshy about adding ignition advance).

Wes has had some luck in the past with the "Vishnu Reset" before running out to the track in the case that he HAD to disconnect his battery for some reason...
