Dont park near 200ft tall trees.

Ouch...

A 200-foot-tall giant sequoia tree fell along Sequoia National Park's main road, crushing this vehicle parked in a turnout alongside the road Sunday, Aug. 17, 2003, in Sequoia National Park, Calif. The tree, believed to be approximately 1,000 years old, fell Sunday at about 5:15 p.m. along the Generals Highway, several miles east of the Giant Forest Museum, said park spokeswoman Alexandra Picavet. No one was injured but the Jeep Grand Cherokee was destroyed, Picavet said. (AP Photo/National Park Service)

i was actually in the Sequoia national park a week before this happened and drove quite a bit in the park on the General's highway. there really isn't anywhere to park where you aren't right next to a huge freakin' tree.

that said, if you can beat the tourists in the morning, the park has some of the best driving roads for Suby drivers i've ever been on.
