Dont ever bring your car to Tricked Out Kustoms in Pearl City

I know you guys are smart and educated when it comes to bringing your car to a shop for ANY type of work but i just want to pass on the word. I have dealt with the owner of the shop Thomas with thigs besides getting work done (thank god) & i can say this guy shady but here it goes:

back in february, i got into an accident on my front end.
i asked around to see where a good body shop was and a friend recommended me to tricked out kustoms. (i shoulda gone to JL)
i got suckered and went to tricked out kustoms.
it was an insurance job, so all i had to pay was the $500 deductable.
the damage included: hood, front bumper, rad. support, lip, and fender.
i was told 1-2 weeks, the job would be finished, and i dropped it off the last week of february.
i was told "car show quality," and at the time, I believed the *****.
the only thing i changed was a carbon fiber hood instead of a oem steel one.
i specifically said Vis or Seibon. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TO BE OEM.
after i signed the work release, i was told to drop off the car a few days later, when they were ready/minimize downtime.
when i dropped off the car, my lip had already came in.
the lip was black urethane. thats funny; an oem lip from acura is ALREADY painted, in this case, phoenix yellow.
the next few days, i called to check in on progress/when it would be finished.
basically, everytime i called, he (Thomas) would postpone it: "Next week Monday, Friday, Next week Wednesday, Ill let u know."
It was until a month later, I got my car back...more than double the time I was quoted for.

as u can see, the hood didnt fit properly.
this is what happens when u deceive the customer; instead of ordering a vis hood, u order a TCShetline hood. when i asked why, thomas told me because it was cheaper. i asked him how much for the vis? he said about 200 bucks more. i told him "u sob, i would have shelled out 200 bux more for a better quality hood!" then i asked him, why is there so many nicks on the hood? its fresh paint. he told me: "i dunno, look no one paints carbon fiber hoods anyway!" i said "i do! i told u, i payed u to paint the cf hood! Ferrari, Mclaren, Maserati, they all have cf bodies, and guess what moron, its ALL painted! im the customer, i tell u what to do, u dont fkn tell me what should be done!"
he then apologizes.

bumper time:

as u can see, PURE AMATEUR! i counted 6 large overruns in the front bumper alone. the grill/mouth of the bumper, wasnt even painted, it was rough and u can see the primer underneath. thomas' butt buddies were pure amateur as well, one guy didnt even know that there were brackets holding the turn signals to the bumper, which is why it fell off when i pushed them in. when asked, thomas' butt buddy said that there were no brackets in the old bumper; when we pulled the old bumper out, there it was, the brackets still on it. fkn retards. also, the morons proceeded to put the bumper on while the clearcoat was still wet, which is why the headlight holes, has a bit of clearcoat pushed up (shown in the picture).

when i went to the shop, i was horrified at the job they had done, and I myself, started to correct their mistakes. I bent of the fenders back into place, straighted out the hood as much as I can, and put the brackets onto the bumper. the butt buddies followed my lead. wtf am i paying thomas for? im doing his job, and better at it.

radiator support:

i told thomass to REPLACE the radiator support, as stated in the quote by AIG. he didnt, he just bent it back. also, as u can see from the pictures, the retards didnt even put the bumper back on correctly.

the lip, hadnt even been painted yet, so thomass called me for nothing, since technically, the car isnt done yet.

i took the car back, but as the hours passed, i realized that i have been cheated. i called thomas, and forced him to redo the job. he gave me a bunch of bs excuses: "AIG gave me ****" so what?! then u skimp on quality? "I didnt paint it, one of my butt buddies did!" u let a complete noob/amateur paint on my car? u better fire him. "im sorry" u goddam right u are.

for the next month, i called, and called, and went to check on my car, same shetty condition, same excuses: "I cant paint it cuz theres no space at the spray shop, AIG is giving me trouble, my overhead is expensive." i posted on forums a couple times about him. and each time he read it, he would call me and ***** at me. he even threatened to sue me for SLAUNDER. the retard couldnt even say slander right, and it wasnt slander, because it was true. until one day, i was told it was finished..."champion! car show winner!"

not quite thomass. yes the lip was done, but 1. it was NOT OEM, and 2. it was attached to the car by double-sided tape and screws. as u can see above, the angle of the lip is off. the gaps throughout the bumper and hood remained. at that time, i just didnt want to deal with this conman anymore.
its when ur just fed-up with the whole ordeal u just wanna wash ur hands and say whatever.

for the longest time, i wanted to write this thread, but i was lazy, and more importantly, i just wanted to forget it; whatevers kine, its in the past, whats done is done.

but someone told me that while thomass had my car, and after i have learned about the shet job he had done, i told other fh users about my experience...thomass was upset and said "i should make a duplicate of his key and steal his car"

that made my blood boil. i hope ur reading this thomas. i hope no one goes to your shop, i hope u close down. u know why im doing this? because u fu(k with people's ****. u fu(k with people's cars. and im not the only one. theres many people who have been wronged by u. ive wasted $2500 on u and ur stupid butt buddies, and im writing this to ensure that no one will ever waste their time and hard-earned money on Fu(ked Up Kustomz.
