Would anyone happen to have dark grey metallic touch-up paint. Car got keyed earlier today and just wanna fix it up a bit :-(

i had to order mine because dealerships dont stock the color. Something to do with the color only being for 08-09 wrx's

 

It happened at Costco Iwilei. Ironic thing is that I parked next to a white impreza just cuz I wanted to be subaru together. Didn't **** off anyone on the road and definitely didn't park in two stalls.

You can see the white under the paint (Primer?). I tried buffing with polish. You can still see the scratch on the surface.

 

how much is your insurance deductible?

 

Seeing that your car is brand new, you should just go through your insurance to get it repaired. Make sure that you contact them before you start going at it with touch-up paint. Otherwise, you might just be S.O.L. and have to pay to get it painted out of your own pocket. Did you file a police report? I'm sure that your insurance company will ask for one.

 

never filed police report, i guess not eligible for insurance claim then?

 

Just give your insurance company a call and see what they have to say about the situation.
