How fast was this ***** going? Did she admit causing the accident, or did she just keep her mouth shut?

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I am doing well I am starting to feel a little sore from where the bolsters on my seat hit me at and my back is starting to feel kinda sore. Its more like the feeling the day after you get into a fight.
As for the car, dodo happens what can I say? I think my wife is more heart broken than I am if anything. I am certain the car is a total loss considering I have structural damage. The center passenger I-beam is pushed in almost 6 inches to include the passenger side portion of the under carriage.
Also to reiterate because I am already receiving pm's about a part out (I don't blame you I would too) I will not be selling anything at the moment. I will put together a part out thread once I find out if its a total loss and then it will only be stuff that will not direct transfer over to the GC ie. body parts.

Oh and I don't think she has insurance due to the fact she received a citation for lack of a insurance card at the scene.

I feel ya, after my accident....The day after, I felt like crap. I didn't go to the hospital for 2 days, untill the pain was unbearable. (I'm stubborn and hate doctors) That's when I discovered I had a mild concussion, split knee cap, and broken hand.....You should go have yourself checked out just incase.

she was doing roughly 35 to 45 mph and accelerating to enter the freeway. the only thing she said was it was my fault and before I could say anything the cop asked her to leave the area. unfortunately there was no witnesses to collaborate my story nor hers. All I know is I was at a dead stop from exiting the freeway and my light went green to make a left and BAM!

Speaking of which it didn't help that the cops started automatically profiling me because of the car. The first question they asked me was how fast I took that turn. Which I politely replied I was at a dead stop and then turned when it was green. Oddly enough their attitude changed when they learned I was in the military I think the on scene training officer was like reserves or NG.

Ahhh, Sorry....Reading what you posted, sounded like she drove off. Now I see....That's one disadvantage of owning a modded import. If were involved in an accident reguardless if it's our fault or not, HPD will profile us by taking heavy consideration that "racing" or speeding was a factor.
Glad to hear that your ok, I feel your pain if your car is declared totaled. On a side note. I 2nd that motion of cops accusing ppl for speeding or racing just cuz they have a modded import. I too was questioned like that when i had the accident with my silver wrx back in january.(remember that dave).
