Exclamation Dccd!!

Ahhhhhh, I'm still new at this and I don't know what's wrong with my car! Yeah yeah yeah, I still have some learning to do.

So here's the deal, I was waiting at the light to pull into my building today and I decided to flip the DCCD switch on manual and put it all to the front wheels. Then when I was getting ready to park I turned to the left and the wheel sounded like it was rubbing inside and it was making this crappy clanking noise and just something wasn't right. Everything is fine until I start to turn and give way on throttle...then it seems like it starts to die and the noise from the wheel or arm gets really nuts. If this doesn't make sense, i'm sorry. Haha, i'm just kinda flippin out about it right now!!

Help?! Domo arigatou gozaimasu!

I think it says in the owners manual something about not messing with the DCCD at low speeds and tight turns. So uhh yeah try not to do that... Ive done it twice myself

Yeah read the manual. While in a parking lot u should put it in the lowest setting that cause the DCCD to slip the center Diff allowing u to make tight turns like in parking lots. The Lock on the DCCD is for going straight helps when stunk in mud or sand. Yeah I know makes a hell of a noise scared the crap out of me the first time I lock it and made a turn.

Yeah I was playing with mine one day while sitting in a parking lot and forgot it was on lock, when I reversed out of the stall the back end started clunking and shimmying a little, I almost pooped myself. Haha I had my friend in the car too and I was taking him for a ride to show off the power of the sti. I felt like a nerd after that
