I moved my CD changer from where it used to be (almost the same place as yours). I cut out a circle of wood, painted it, and glued it where the donut (spare tire) used to be. Siliconed my changer to the wood. I can actually pull my sub box out now as I redid the sub-frame mount. Used a hinge that mounts to the box and is held to the sub-frame by two wing nuts. Not sure if I'm going to pull the sub box every time for the track or not. But at least I have that option. Anyway, if you want to move your changer, it'll cost you about $7.00 (wood, paint, silicone). I'd show you a pic, but my camera battery needs charging.
