One of the premier OG Subaru Tuners wants to come to Hawaii, this guy is one of the pioneers of Subaru tuning and it's unlikely to be an opportunity we get again for a long while. ( Or, maybe he makes it a consistent thing, WOOT! )

He is also one of the few tuners who have been putting out big power with FA20 motors, so if you have a newer gen WRX and need a tune, this is your guy.
